Meet the Family Behind Bikers & Beaches

Every handcrafted piece begins with two people who believe exceptional craftsmanship, meaningful relationships, and lasting traditions still matter.

Bikers & Beaches

Every piece we create has a beginning. So does our story.

Bikers & Beaches began in a 10' x 10' townhouse kitchen, where evenings and weekends were spent making simple coasters and wooden plaques. There was no elaborate workshop or grand business plan—just a love for creating something by hand and a belief that quality craftsmanship still matters.

As each project left our home, Robbie's vision grew. Coasters became bourbon boards, charcuterie boards and home accents. Eventually, those smaller projects led to one-of-a-kind furniture and custom pieces designed to last for generations.

Robbie has a unique ability to look at a rough slab of hardwood and see what it can become. His favorite is Black Walnut, with its rich color, flowing grain and character that makes every piece different.

And then there are the tools. Robbie is a self-proclaimed DeWalt snob—if DeWalt makes it, there's a pretty good chance he believes we need it.

While Robbie handles the craftsmanship, I work on the business side—meeting customers, hearing their stories and helping turn their ideas into something personal. I also offer plenty of design suggestions...some of which Robbie even admits are pretty good.

Together, we've built Bikers & Beaches around one simple belief:

The best pieces aren't just beautiful. They're personal.

Whether it's a bourbon board celebrating a retirement, a dining table where a family will gather, or a corporate gift meant to be remembered, every piece is handcrafted in our Florida workshop, one at a time, with the same care we'd expect for something made for our own home.

We know there are easier ways to make things.

We simply don't believe they're better.

Thank you for being part of our story. We hope one day we'll have the privilege of helping tell yours through something we build together.

"From our family workshop to your home, thank you for allowing us to create something that will be part of your story."

The Craftsman

Robbie is the hands behind every handcrafted piece. His passion for woodworking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality transform each slab of hardwood into something truly unique.

He doesn't believe in shortcuts. Every edge, every finish, and every detail reflects his pride in the craft.

The Vision

Diane believes every handcrafted piece tells a story.

She works directly with customers to understand their vision, guide personalization, and ensure each project becomes something meaningful.

Whether helping a family create a custom dining table, assisting a business with client gifts, or developing a distillery partnership, her goal is always the same: Create something people will treasure.

More Than Wood

We believe handcrafted pieces become part of life's most meaningful moments.

Family dinners.

Celebrations.

Retirements.

Closing gifts.

Anniversaries.

Distillery visits.

Friendships.

These moments deserve something built to last.

Every board tells a different story.

Every board tells a different story. No two pieces of Black Walnut, Cherry, Ambrosia Maple, Hickory, Elm, or Pecan are ever exactly alike.

Rather than hiding these natural characteristics, we celebrate them. The grain, knots, color variations, and live edges become part of what makes every piece unique.

Our Workshop

Every project is designed, handcrafted, finished, and carefully prepared in our workshop.

We're proud that our customers know exactly who is building their piece.

Thank You

Whether you're purchasing your first bourbon board, commissioning a dining table, searching for corporate gifts, or exploring a distillery partnership… thank you for considering our family.

We don't take that trust lightly. We look forward to building something you'll be proud to own for years to come.

We hope every piece that leaves our workshop finds a place where stories are shared, traditions are started, and memories are made.
