Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or made-to-order live edge products once production has begun.
In-Stock Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
