Returns & Exchanges Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or made-to-order live edge products once production has begun.

In-Stock Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Cleaning

Hand Wash Only: Always hand wash your knife with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners.

Never Soak: Do not leave the knife in water or put it in the dishwasher—moisture can cause corrosion.

Dry Immediately: After washing, thoroughly dry with a soft cloth to prevent rust or spotting.

Oiling

Protect the Blade: Apply a thin layer of food-safe mineral oil or camellia oil to the blade after cleaning, especially if not used regularly or in humid environments.

Prevent Rust: Damascus steel contains high-carbon layers that require oiling to maintain their integrity and appearance.

Storage

Keep Dry & Safe: Store in a dry place, preferably in a knife block, sheath, or on a magnetic strip. Avoid contact with other utensils to prevent dulling or scratching.

Avoid Humidity: Keep away from steamy or damp conditions to prevent oxidation.
